Students learn to fly using a computer simulator, in conjunction with a few hours of actual flying and field trips to the airport for exposure to different career opportunities. After completing the program, students are prepared to take a Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) private pilot knowledge, which is the first step toward obtaining a private pilots’ license.
